LnB Construction Ltd was contracted to do the renovation of our 377 sq metre family home in Coatesville in the areas of kitchen/family room, entrance hall, living room, laundry room and powder room. The work entailed removing all existing kitchen fittings (which was to be sold), removing floor tiles, existing powder room cabinets and plumbing, laundry cabinets and removing a low wall and building stairs in the living room, laying of underfloor heating and changing all door hardware. The work involved project managing the schedule of works including the various trades, which were sourced via LnB Construction, of which all work was completed in a timely manner and with trades people who were co-­‐operative, efficient and worked to a high standard.

Layne and Bruce were on-­‐site to complete the building works themselves or to manage the trades necessary at the time and were excellent at keeping us informed of the progress to date and when work was going to be carried out and completed. We were living and working on-­‐site throughout the project and they were very respectful of our privacy, home and business life and worked closely with us to ensure the project kept moving while we could still operate the home and our work commitments as required.

They offer a consultative and bespoke service, which was very helpful when understanding the technical aspects of choosing door hardware and upgrading cavity door-­‐sliding mechanisms, which were not originally planned in the works.
